用塑料袋作容器制种。通常要在袋口套塑料套环,然后再加棉花塞。我们参考台湾样品生产的塑料套盖,不需用棉塞,经大面积制种使用效果很好.(一)塑料套盖套盖分为套环和盖子两部分。该套环与普通套环基本相同,只是在下端呈喇叭口形状;盖子则类似普通的墨水瓶盖,但内侧设有螺纹,而是沿着盖子的内侧壁有间隔0.3～0.4mm 供通气的竖槽。使用时只须将盖子直接在套环上压紧即可.
