10月，石油和化工行业整体运行态势仍然较好，总体保持了较为旺盛的产销势头。 10月份，石油和化工行业整体运行态势仍然较好。由于石油、煤炭、电力、运输等各种要素价格的上涨，致使产品价格始终处于较高价位，但整体来看，不少产品价格出现下降趋势。据中国石油和化学工业协会最新数据显示，10月份，重点跟踪的64种石油和化工产品中，产量比去年同期增长的有58种，占90.6%，其中增幅在10%以上的达40种，占62.5%；重点跟踪的139种化工产品中，价格与去年同期相比上涨的有83种，占59.7%。
