延胡索酸吡咯醇胺是一种选择性强效抗组胺药。对吡咯醇胺的含量测定已用的GC和HPLC法操作复杂。吡咯醇胺的紫外吸收系数较小,又没有特征吸收峰,并且制剂中其它组分对含量测定有干扰。本文采用二阶导数光谱法测定吡咯醇胺的含量。方法简单、精确、快速,并且可以应用于片剂、注射剂、糖浆的测定。仪器:Perkin-Elmer 550S型紫外可见分光光度计,日立561型记录仪。条件:扫描速度60nm/min;绘图(打印)速度120mm/min;记录方式:D_2=d~2A/dλ~2;
Pyruvate fumarate is a potent and selective antihistamine. Pyrrolnol amine content determination has been used by GC and HPLC complex operation. Pyrrolnolamine UV absorption coefficient is small, there is no characteristic absorption peak, and the preparation of other components on the determination of interference. In this paper, the second-order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of pyrrolo-amine. The method is simple, accurate and rapid, and can be applied to the determination of tablets, injections and syrups. Instrument: Perkin-Elmer 550S UV-visible spectrophotometer, Hitachi 561 recorder. Conditions: scanning speed 60nm / min; drawing (printing) speed 120mm / min; recording mode: D_2 = d ~ 2A / dλ ~ 2;
