某机载电子设备支臂铸件选用ZL205A合金,结合支臂铸件结构特性及合金工艺性能,选用树脂砂重力铸造工艺。借助ProCAST软件对ZL205A支臂铸件流场、温度场与固相率进行了仿真计算优化,确定了最佳工艺参数,实现了支臂铸件自外向内与自下而上的顺序凝固,研制出了ZL205A支臂铸件。经T6热处理,ZL205A支臂铸件肋板本体剖切平均抗拉强度、屈服强度与伸长率分别为485 MPa、430 MPa与7.8%。
An airborne electronic equipment arm castings selected ZL205A alloy, combined with the structural characteristics of arm castings and alloy performance, the choice of resin sand gravity casting process. ProCAST software was used to simulate and optimize the flow field, temperature field and solid fraction of the casting of ZL205A arm. The optimal process parameters were determined and the arm castings were solidified from outside to inside and from bottom to top. ZL205A arm castings. After T6 heat treatment, the average tensile strength of ZL205A arm cast rib body is cut, and the yield strength and elongation are 485 MPa, 430 MPa and 7.8% respectively.
