采用间歇式高温高压反应釜,以Incoloy 825试样为研究对象,对其在高温亚临界水含氧含氯环境中的腐蚀特性进行了研究。腐蚀100 h后的实验结果表明:Incoloy 825在高温亚临界水含氧和含氯的条件下呈现较好的抗腐蚀能力,而氧和氯会对Incoloy 825产生协同腐蚀作用,试样表面腐蚀产物严重脱落。镍元素在氧和氯的协同腐蚀作用下较其他金属元素会产生更严重选择性流失。氧和氯协同腐蚀条件下试样呈现最高4.2 mm/a的腐蚀速率,而在含氧条件下呈现1.1 mm/a的腐蚀速率,含氯的条件下呈现最低0.6 mm/a的腐蚀速率。
The intermittent high temperature and high pressure reactor was used to investigate the corrosion behavior of Incoloy 825 in high temperature subcritical water containing oxygen and chlorine.
