新世纪,随着我国社会市场经济体制的完善与经济建设进程的突飞猛进,水利工程施工也受到人们的关注与重视,其已成为目前人类生活与生产中不容忽视的一部分。水利工程在目前的社会发展中有着不可缺少的支撑作用,其不仅为人们生活和生产提供了必须的水资源,更是具备着发电、防洪、灌溉等作用和意义。目前的社会发展中,人们意识到水利工程给我们带来生活便利和经济发展加速的同时,也深深的认识到其对社会经济和生态环境造成的影响。尤其是在水利工程的施工建设中,对于生态环境造成破坏是不可避免和忽视的。因此在目前的社会发展中,我们高度重视由水利工程造成的生态环境影响,也提出了一定的改善措施和建议。本文就水利工程对我国生态环境造成的影响进行了分析与总结,并提出了相关的应对策略与解决措施。
In the new century, with the improvement of the social market economy system and the rapid progress of economic construction in our country, the construction of water conservancy projects has also drawn the attention and attention from the people. It has become an indispensable part of human life and production. Water conservancy projects play an indispensable supporting role in the current social development. They not only provide the necessary water resources for people’s life and production, but also have the functions and significances of power generation, flood control and irrigation. In the current social development, people realize that water conservancy projects bring us convenience of living and acceleration of economic development. At the same time, people are deeply aware of its impact on the social economy and ecological environment. Especially in the construction of water conservancy projects, damage to the ecological environment is inevitable and neglected. Therefore, in the current social development, we attach great importance to the ecological and environmental impacts caused by water conservancy projects and put forward some improvement measures and suggestions. This paper analyzes and summarizes the impact of water conservancy projects on the ecological environment of our country, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and solutions.
