引言 近来,组织培养这一新的育种手段被广泛运用,但各种作物中能应用这一技术的并不多,茶树就是其中较困难的一种。从愈伤组织分化植物体或用花药培养获得单倍体植株的研究,至今尚未得到满意的结果。 茶树花药培养中,不同蔗糖浓度培养基对药内花粉粒分裂的影响,笔者已在前报(1978年)中报道。本试验将花药从有利花粉粒分裂的高蔗糖浓度培养基移植到有利愈伤组织生长的低蔗糖浓度培养基,以研究对药内花粉粒分裂的影响。 材料和方法 供试材料采用薮北种花粉粒处于单核期的
INTRODUCTION Recently, tissue culture has been widely used to cultivate this new breeding method. However, there are not many techniques that can be applied to various crops. Tea tree is one of the more difficult ones. The study of differentiating plants from callus or obtaining haploid plants by anther culture has not yet achieved satisfactory results. Tea tree anther culture, the effect of different sucrose concentration medium on the pollen grains in the division, the author has reported (1978) before. In this experiment, anthers were transplanted from high sucrose concentration medium with favorable pollen grains to low sucrose concentration medium with favorable callus growth to study the effect on pollen grains division in the drug. MATERIALS AND METHODS The test materials were collected from the northern pollen grains in the mononuclear stage
