目的了解某玩具制造厂接苯作业工人健康状况,为职业防护提供依据。方法玩具制造厂592名职业接触苯及苯系物工人作为接苯组,同时选择该厂无苯及苯系物及其他职业病危害接触史的183名工人为对照组,进行职业健康体检。结果 1)接苯组红细胞数、血色素、总蛋白、白蛋白和碱性磷酸酶显著低于对照组(P<0.01),直接胆红素高于对照组(P<0.01);2)肝脾B超检测结果接苯组与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3)接触组牙周炎、牙龈炎、鼻炎的检出率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论该厂能将苯浓度有效控制在国家卫生标准容许范围之内;苯对人体粒细胞系统有影响,应定期体检,及时、及早发现苯对工人健康的损害。
Objective To understand the health status of workers exposed to benzene in a toy factory to provide basis for occupational protection. Methods A total of 592 workers exposed to benzene and benzene series in the toy factory were selected as the benzene group and 183 workers with no exposure to benzene and benzene series and other occupational hazards were selected as the control group for occupational health examination. Results 1) The number of erythrocyte, hemoglobin, total protein, albumin and alkaline phosphatase in the benzene group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01), and the direct bilirubin was higher than that in the control group (P <0.01) Results of B-ultrasound test group compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). 3) The contact group of periodontitis, gingivitis, rhinitis detection rate was higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The plant can effectively control the concentration of benzene within the national health standards allowable range; benzene on the human granulocyte system, regular physical examination, timely and early detection of benzene damage to workers’ health.
