研究了仲钨酸铵结晶过程添加晶种和(NH4)2WO4溶液对增大产品Fsss粒度、松装密度和改善颗粒均一性的作用。结果表明,在最早成核的核前缔合物形成时加入晶种效果最佳。由于部分“惰性晶粒”的存在以及二次成核加剧,加入细碎晶种时,APT产品中小于45μm的晶体较多;过快或过早加入(NH4)2WO4溶液都使APT产品的均一性下降。
The effect of seed crystals and (NH4) 2WO4 solution on the crystallization of paratungstate was studied to increase the particle size, bulk density and particle homogeneity of Fsss. The results show that the seed nucleation is the best when adding the earliest nucleation complexes. Due to the existence of some “inert grains” and the increase of secondary nucleation, more crystals smaller than 45μm in APT product were added when finely divided seed crystals were added. The addition of (NH4) 2WO4 solution too fast or too early resulted in the homogeneity of APT product decline.
