促进社会主义和谐健康发展是广大中国人民的共同心愿。因此,切实做好企业离退休人员的思想政治工作是稳定社会、创造人文环境的重要形式。推进离退休人员的思想政治工作,使每个离退休人员能够老有所养、病有所医,不仅是企业的责任,也是整个社会的责任。所以,在新形势下的企业离退休人员思想政治工作就应该由传统的、旧的思想观念转变为新式的、科学的工作方法,从而更好地进行社会主义现代化建设。本文笔者就立足于企业离退休人员思想政治工作现状,对其工作的改进措施进行有关分析。
It is the common aspiration of the broad masses of Chinese people to promote the harmonious and healthy development of socialism. Therefore, conscientiously carrying out the ideological and political work of retired personnel in enterprises is an important form of social stability and humanistic environment. Promoting the ideological and political work of retired staff so that every retired person can have his or her own health and ill health is not only the responsibility of the enterprise but also the responsibility of the entire community. Therefore, under the new situation, the ideological and political work of retired personnel in enterprises should be transformed from the traditional and old ideas and concepts into new-style and scientific working methods so as to carry out the socialist modernization better. The author of this article is based on the status quo of ideological and political work of retired workers in enterprises, and analyzes the improvement measures of their work.
