目的:对肺结核合并糖尿病的临床疗效予以观察、分析。方法:随机选取我院收治的肺结核合并糖尿病的患者76例,对患者的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果:本次研究中的76例患者中,治疗的总吸收率为90.79%,其中有66例患者的痰菌转阴,并且大部分患者的血糖控制较好,对其治疗效果进行分析总结发现,糖尿病血糖控制比较好的患者,其肺结核的治疗疗效较好。结论:在肺结核合并糖尿病患者的临床治疗过程中,应该依据其临床特点,对其病因进行详细的分析,应用血糖控制与抗结核治疗相结合的治疗方法,这对于其治疗效果的提升具有积极的作用。
Objective: To observe and analyze the clinical effect of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 76 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes admitted to our hospital were randomly selected. The clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.
