用埃米尔·迪尔凯姆的社会学自杀理论结合当今社会实际分析,新生代农民工自杀是由于社会整合力包括经济整合力、组织整合力、文化整合力、利益整合力、政治整合力不强。2010年中共中央一号文件提出要“采取有针对性的措施,着力解决新生代农民工问题”。针对新生代农民工的实际,从多方面努力预防新生代农民工自杀:转变思想观念,提升文化整合力,让新生代农民工在城市有归属感;改善企业管理,提升组织整合力,使新生代农民工能够释放心理压力;提升劳工权益,增强经济整合力,减轻新生代农民工的生存压力;完善农民工社会保护政策,提升利益整合力,让新生代农民工感受社会的公正;畅通利益表达渠道,提升政治整合力,使新生代农民工能够表达自身的诉求。
