目的探讨持续质量改进对我院处方质量管理的作用。方法采用PDCA管理循环法对我院门急诊处方点评工作进行管理,找出不合理处方,分析原因,制定质量改进措施,明确目标进行持续改进并观察效果。结果 2013年1-4月与2012年9-12月相比,不合理处方百分率显著降低(P<0.01),下降幅度42.96%;2013年5-8月与2013年1-4月相比,不合理处方百分率也显著降低(P<0.01),下降幅度51.91%,处方质量持续改进达到预期目标。结论在处方质量管理中引进持续质量改进管理方法,可有效提高处方的质量,促进医院合理用药。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement on prescription quality management in our hospital. Methods The PDCA management cycle method was used to manage the evaluation of prescriptions in front of emergency department in our hospital, to find out unreasonable prescriptions, to analyze the causes, to make quality improvement measures, to make clear the goal of continuous improvement and to observe the effect. Results Compared with September-December 2012, the percentage of unreasonable prescriptions decreased significantly from January to April in 2013 (P <0.01), a decrease of 42.96%. From May to August 2013, compared with January-April 2013, The percentage of unreasonable prescriptions was also significantly lower (P <0.01), a decrease of 51.91%. The prescription quality continued to improve to achieve the expected target. Conclusion The introduction of continuous quality improvement management in prescription quality management can effectively improve the quality of prescriptions and promote the rational use of drugs in hospitals.
