为安排好煤炭工业“八五”攻关项目“褐煤成型”工作。由煤炭科学研究总院和东煤科技中心共同组织,于1990年6月25～27日在通化召开了褐煤成型利用论证会。参加会议的有领导机关、大专院校、科研单位和煤矿的专家、教授、工程技术人员共29人。与会代表认真、深入地对“八五”期间褐煤成型的目标、攻关内容、主要工艺路线及技术经济等方面的问题进行了讨论,一致认为: 一、东北地区褐煤储量占本地区煤炭总储量的76％,到2000年褐煤产量将占东北地区煤炭产量的50％左右。当前,全区动力煤缺口达3000多万t,而本区褐煤又未能利用,故褐煤成型利用的研究工作势在必行。二、长春煤研所老年褐煤无粘结剂成型 In order to arrange the “eight five” coal industry project “brown coal forming” work.
