目的为贯彻落实《天津市教育事业发展第十二个五年规划》精神,东丽区创建健康素养综合干预示范学校,向青少年普及健康素养基本知识与技能,提高健康素养水平,并了解健康素养干预活动效果,为今后的工作开展提供指导依据。方法选取东丽区某健康素养干预示范学校一年级学生作为研究对象,对其进行为期1学年的多种形式健康教育干预,并对同一人群完成基线与终末调查。结果干预后,学生在健康素养知识理念、健康素养行为、健康素养技能等方面的掌握情况均较干预前有所提高。结论小学阶段是健康行为培养的关键时期,要在此阶段积极开展健康素养干预活动,落实健康教育促进学校卫生工作的开展。
Objective To implement the spirit of “Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Educational Development in Tianjin”, Dongli District has set up a comprehensive intervention model school for health literacy to popularize the basic knowledge and skills of health literacy among adolescents and improve the level of health literacy and health literacy Intervention activities, for future work to provide guidance. Methods The first-grade students of a health literacy intervention model school in Dongli District were selected as the research object, which were subjected to various forms of health education intervention for one year and completed baseline and terminal surveys of the same population. Results After the intervention, students’ knowledge of health literacy concepts, health literacy behaviors and health literacy skills were better than those before intervention. Conclusions Primary stage is the key period for healthy behavior training. At this stage, it is necessary to actively carry out health literacy intervention activities and implement health education to promote the school health work.
