苗市路堑锚杆挡墙,位于枝柳线苗市隧道出口。这里地形地质复杂,地下水丰富,岩层破碎,堑边坍方严重。原设计为浆砌片石重力式挡墙及地下渗沟工程,但是圬工和土石方数量大,占用良田多,两侧4~5米深的地下渗沟工程,施工相当困难。因此,改用锚杆挡墙加固堑坡。锚杆挡墙在路堑两侧对称设置,单侧总延长951.85米,中心挖深8~10.5米。挡墙是由锚杆、肋柱、挡板和顶撑等组成(图1、2、3),其特点是用一根素混凝土顶撑代替肋柱下部两根锚杆。
