本文扼要分析了 1 92 7— 1 93 7年中国铁路建设的规划、建设资金的筹集、新建铁路的里程 ,以及建设成本等问题 ,并对相关数据作了整理和估计。
This paper briefly analyzes the planning of China’s railway construction, the financing of construction funds, the mileage of new railway construction and the cost of construction in 1982-1997 and makes a summary and estimation of the relevant data.
