前不久,美国田纳西州政府宣布,为支持当地废轮胎的回收利用,在2013~2014财政年度提供280万美元的财政补贴。这笔补贴款从该州固体废物管理基金中支付,购买新轮胎的预处置费是该基金的组成部分。田纳西州每年回收的废旧轮胎约5.50万吨。
Not long ago, the Tennessee government announced that it will provide a financial subsidy of $ 2.8 million in fiscal year 2013-2014 to support the recycling of used tires. The subsidy was paid from the state’s solid waste management fund and pre-disposition of new tires was part of the fund. About 50,000 tons of discarded tires are recycled annually in Tennessee.
