10月17日—20日,浙江省第十五届房地产博览会在黄龙体育中心和和平会展中心如期举行。据浙江省建设厅公布的统计数据显示,为期四天的房博会共成交商品房408套,成交面积39593平方米,成交金额4.2亿元,成交套数、面积、金额较上届房博会都有所下降,这表明当前市场上观望现象依然存在。从展会期间的成交情况来看,套型面积在140平方米以下的普通商品住房成交套数占到了总数的62.3%;其中,套型面积90平方米以下住房成交套数占了总套数的48.8%,中小户型住房受到消费者普遍欢迎。
