遗传性视神经萎缩由Leber于1871年首次报道,故又名Leber氏病.近些年国内也报道了不少病例.我院于1990年7月遇到一家系5例Leber氏病,其中有3例1年或2年后视力逐渐有所好转,视力均在0.4左右,其中1例1眼达0.6.此一家系情况,在以往报道中并不多见,现报告如下:
