建国以来中国的对外开放经历了曲折的发展过程,十一届三中全会之前,中国从努力开放逐步走向封闭,对外开放是在低层次上进行。十一届三中全会之后,中国的对外开放实现了从封闭到开放的历史性转折,并不断深化和扩大,中国的综合国力与国际经济地位不断提高。 Since the founding of New China, China’s opening up has undergone a tortuous course of development.
