国外报道用白细胞介素-2（IL－2）激活的杀伤细胞（LAK）治疗晚期肿瘤，对肾细胞癌，黑色素瘤有较好效果。LAK细胞在体外不能较长时间增殖，杀伤非特异性，输入体内高依赖IL－2，毒副作用大。中国医学科学院肿瘤研究所（医院）免疫室陈毓仙研究员课题组对上述问题进行了探索性
It has been reported in foreign countries that interleukin-2 (IL-2)-activated killer cells (LAK) are used to treat advanced tumors and have a good effect on renal cell carcinoma and melanoma. LAK cells can not proliferate in vitro for a long time, and they are nonspecific for killing. They are highly dependent on IL-2 in the body and have high side effects. The research group of the researcher Chen Weixian of the Institute of Immunization at the Institute of Cancer Research (Hospital) of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences conducted an exploratory study on the above issues.
