本文构建了生态文明城市评价指标体系框架和社会经济化发展评价指标体系框架,寻求生态文明视角和“一带一路”战略构想下哈大齐工业走廊发展的博弈拐点,为推动创新机制下黑龙江省重点扶持的规划性工业经济园区—哈大齐工业走廊实现新常态发展提供了良好的启示和思考。
This paper constructs the frame of ecological civilization city evaluation index system framework and social economic development evaluation index system and seeks the inflection point from the view of ecological civilization and the development of Harbin-Dalian industrial corridor under the “One Belt and One Road” strategy. In order to promote the innovation mechanism of Heilongjiang Provincial Key Industrial Park, supported by the planning of Industrial Park - Harbin-Dalian industrial corridor to achieve the new normal development provides a good inspiration and reflection.
