本文介绍了我所为解决12V240ZJ型柴油机气缸盖严重裂损(临修故障约占整车总件数的20%,机破故障约占3%)的问题,而研制了新的气缸盖.新气缸盖的进、排气道具有气门隔桥冷却水通道面积较大,气流通流阻力较小的特点.新气缸盖与原气缸盖经初步装机性能对比考核试验的结果表明:柴油机的燃油消耗率等主要性能参数有所改善,若对柴油机的试验状态作进一步的调整,燃油消耗率将有进一步降低的可能.文中还就今后所需进行的工作提出了建议.
