修改后的刑事诉讼法已于2013年1月1日正式实施,其中涉及侦查监督工作的条款很多,认清并积极应对新刑诉法给侦查监督工作带来的影响和挑战,切实履行好审查逮捕和侦查活动监督职责,是检察机关侦查监督部门面临的重大任务。通过近一年的司法实践,本文对新刑诉法给侦查监督工作带来的影响及应采取的对策,做了一些思考和探讨。
The revised Criminal Procedure Law was formally implemented on January 1, 2013. Among them, there are many provisions concerning investigation and supervision work, and the influence and challenge brought by the new Criminal Procedure Law to investigation and supervision work have been clearly recognized and actively dealt with, The duties of arrest and supervision of investigation activities are the major tasks confronting the investigation and supervision departments of the procuratorial organs. After nearly a year of judicial practice, this article has made some thinking and discussion on the impact of the new Criminal Procedure Law on investigation and supervision and the countermeasures that should be taken.
