自万达电商宣布成立之时起,质疑就一直没有停止:在房地产业浸淫多年的万达,能否玩转“电商”这样的技术活?8月29日,万达、腾讯和百度在深圳联合召开发布会,正式宣布在香港注册成立电子商务公司,一期总投资额高达50亿人民币,其中万达持股70%,腾讯和百度各持股15%。根据协议,万达、腾讯、百度将进行账号体系打通、会员体系、支付与互联网金融产品、建立通用积分联盟、大数据融合、Wifi共享、产品整合、流量引入等方面的合作。
