介绍了筛选MEOR合适细菌的方法,评价其使原油流动的能力和确定原油流动的可靠机理。另外,研究了不同油藏参数对微生物生长的影响。在油藏条件下进行了驱替试验,以验证菌株使地下残余油流动的能力和检测菌株使原油流动的机理。给出了微生物采油的重要机理以及在油田应用MEOR的最重要筛选标准。项目也获得了成果,发现这些成果在很大程度上包括了其他学科的贡献,如微生物学、化学,当然还有石油工程学。形成的跨学科应用有助于进一步提高研究成果。
The method of screening for MEOR suitable bacteria is introduced to evaluate their ability to flow crude oil and to establish a reliable mechanism for the flow of crude oil. In addition, the effects of different reservoir parameters on microbial growth were studied. Flooding tests were conducted under reservoir conditions to verify the ability of the strain to mobilize residual oil underground and to examine the mechanism by which the strain allows crude oil to flow. The important mechanism of microbial recovery and the most important screening criteria for the application of MEOR in the field are given. The project also achieved results and found that these results largely include contributions from other disciplines such as microbiology, chemistry and, of course, petroleum engineering. The resulting interdisciplinary applications help to further improve the research results.
