健身气功是2001年体育总局推出的四种健身功法的总称,包括八段锦、易筋经、六字诀和五禽戏。根据全民健身计划纲中指出提高农民的体质与健康水平是农村社会发展的一项重要内容,以及根据健身气功的特点和农村中老年群体的特点,本文对健身气功对农村中老年群体的健康进行研究,主要运用文献资料法、调查法、实验法、统计法等研究方法进行研究,从农村中老年群体的心理和社会适应两方面进行论述。
Health Qigong is the 2001 General Administration of Sport launched four kinds of fitness exercises in general, including Baduanjin, Yi Jin Jing, six tactics and Wu Qin Xi. According to the National Fitness Program, it is pointed out that improving the physique and health level of peasants is an important part of rural social development. Based on the characteristics of Health Qigong and characteristics of rural middle-aged and elderly groups, this paper analyzes the health status of middle-aged and elderly people in rural areas The research mainly uses the methods of literature, investigation, experiment and statistics to study the psychology and social adaptation of rural middle-aged and elderly groups.
