班级文化建设是信仰建设的有效载体和重要组成部分,对于提高学生的信仰意识和层次水平具有重要作用。而高职院校班级文化建设重在与职业特色相联系,培养学生的职业素养和责任意识。本文首先探讨了班级文化建设的内涵和构成,重点分析了高职院校如何从组织文化、环境文化、精神文化、行为文化和制度文化五个方面建设班级文化,培养学生的责任意识,提升学生的主体意识和信仰水平。
The construction of class culture is an effective carrier and an important part of belief construction, and plays an important role in raising students’ belief and hierarchy. However, the construction of class culture in higher vocational colleges focuses on the connection with professional characteristics and cultivates students’ professionalism and sense of responsibility.
