为了满足农产品冷链配送对冷链环境测控的多要素、多测点、实时性和低功耗的要求,以嵌入式技术和无线传感器网络技术为核心,结合移动通信技术,构建了车载环境的农产品冷链配送测控系统。无线传感器网络节点以微处理器MSP430和无线射频芯片CC2520为核心进行开发,实现了车载环境的实时测控。利用基于ARM Cortex-A8构建嵌入式网关,负责无线传感器网络节点数据的收发、参数设置、数据实时显示与存储以及对环境设备的控制。利用嵌入式网关的3G模块实现数据远程收发。同时为了降低系统功耗,设置了无线传感器网络节点的采样间隔及收发时间。初步测试表明该系统具有实时性强、功耗低、性能稳定等优点,能够较好地满足农产品冷链配送的应用需要。
