青头菌对大鼠调节血脂及抗氧化作用的研究

目的 探讨云南野生青头菌的调节血脂及抗氧化作用。方法 雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分成4组:正常对照组、高脂对照组、青头菌高剂量组和青头菌低剂量组。后3组给予高脂饲料喂养,同时青头菌高、低2个剂量组每日灌胃给60 0mg/kg、3 0 0mg/kg的云南野生青头菌,连续3 0d。分别测定血脂及抗氧化指标。结果 青头菌高、低剂量组血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL -C)、甘油三酯(TG)、丙二醛(MDA)含量和肝的MDA含量明显低于高脂对照组(P <0 . 0 1) ,而血清的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力明显高于高脂对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 云南野生青头菌具有明显的调节血脂及抗氧化作用。 Objective To investigate the regulation of blood lipids and antioxidation of wild Bacterium in Yunnan. Methods Forty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group, high-fat control group, high-dose group of C. miliaceris, and low-dose group of C. fructus. The latter three groups were fed with high-fat diet, while the high and low doses of C. versicolor were given intragastrically 60 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg of C. yunnanensis daily for 30 days. The lipids and antioxidant indices were measured separately. Results The serum levels of total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglyceride (TG), malondialdehyde (MDA), and liver MDA were significantly lower in the high and low dose groups of C. militaris. In the lipid control group (P < 0.01), the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in the serum was significantly higher than that in the high-fat control group (P <0. 05). Conclusion The wild Bacterium species in Yunnan has obvious effects in regulating blood lipids and antioxidation.
