[目的]了解青岛市出租车行业的控烟状况及管理人员、司机对控烟的认知与态度。[方法]2008年11～12月,在青岛市内4区随机抽取4家出租车公司,对管理人员和司机进行问卷调查,并对出租车内进行现场观察。[结果]调查4名出租车公司负责人,公司均无车内控烟规定,未开展过相关培训,均支持在出租车上控烟。调查出租车司机283人,吸烟对健康影响知识平均知晓率为68.82%;65.87%在车内有吸烟行为,95.24%在乘客要求下能够停止吸烟;95.41%反映车内有乘客吸烟,仅有48.76%在劝阻时会停止吸烟;50.53%认为司机车内吸烟影响生意,50.88%认为出租车内控烟影响生意,77.94%支持出租车内控烟;车内62.90%有烟迹,53.00%有烟味,42.05%有控烟标识。[结论]出租车内有较多的司机和乘客吸烟,出租车公司负责人和司机对出租车内控烟有较高的支持率。
[Objective] To understand the status of tobacco control in taxi industry in Qingdao and the cognition and attitude of managers and drivers on tobacco control. [Method] From November to December 2008, four taxi companies were randomly selected in 4 districts in Qingdao City to conduct questionnaires on managers and drivers and observe the inside of taxis. [Results] Investigate the four taxi company executives, the company has no car tobacco control regulations, did not carry out the relevant training, are supported in the taxi on tobacco control. Investigation of taxi drivers 283 people, the average awareness of smoking knowledge of health effects was 68.82%; 65.87% in the car smoking behavior, 95.24% at the request of passengers to stop smoking; 95.41% reflect the passenger car smoking, only 48.76 50.53% think drivers smoking in cars affect business, 50.88% think that tobacco control cigarettes affect business, 77.94% support taxi control cigarettes; 62.90% smoke in cars, 53.00% smoke, 42.05% have tobacco control sign. [Conclusion] There are more drivers and passengers inside the taxi smoking, taxi company executives and drivers have higher support for tobacco control in the taxi.
