浮选装置已广泛用于陆上油田和海上油田的污水处理中,但在操作和性能上还有些不足。近几年来,通过室内和现场调查,人们已对浮选处理污水的方法和装置进行了改进。一种设计方案是加压引气浮选装置,它的除油和除固体悬浮物的效率高,并且消除了发挥性有机物、天然气或硫化氢气体的扩散,提高了操作的安全性。第二种为综合气浮选(HGF)。它是把现有水力引气浮选机改进成溶气浮选机使用。通过降低污水中饱和气的压力形成气泡、这就产生了细小气泡的扩散,从而比常规处理装置更能去除更小的油滴。
Flotation devices have been widely used in onshore and offshore oilfield wastewater treatment, but there are some shortcomings in operation and performance. In recent years, methods and installations for treating sewage by flotation have been improved through indoor and field investigations. One design is a pressurized air flotation unit that has the added benefit of degreasing and solids removal, and eliminates the diffusion of organic, natural gas or hydrogen sulfide gas for enhanced operational safety.
