近年来,石油科研院所科研管理干部队伍年轻化的趋势非常明显。他们大多拥有硕士研究生以上学历,有较长时间从事科研实践的经历,是专业上的骨干,由他们来带领科研团队,在提高技术水平、提升研发能力上是有保证的。但也必须看到,科研管理工作与单纯的科研工作相比,具有更强的综合性,对从业人员的要求更高。因此,做好青年干部的素质培养工作,对科研院所的长远发展具有十分重要的意义。
In recent years, the trend of rejuvenating scientific research management cadres in oil research institutes is obvious. Most of them have a master’s degree or above, have a long time to engage in scientific research and practice experience, is the backbone of the professional, led by them to the research team, in improving the technical level, enhance research and development ability is guaranteed. However, we must also see that the scientific research management work is more comprehensive and requires more personnel than the simple scientific research work. Therefore, to do a good job in cultivating the quality of young cadres is of great significance to the long-term development of scientific research institutes.
