实践表明:涡轮叶片的寿命在很大程度上取决于燃烧室的出口温度分布品质。长期来,燃烧室出口温度分布在传统设计中难于确定,但是为了燃烧室的调试需要,就不得不依靠经验或参照国内外同类型发动机予以确定。这种做法显然是缺乏根据,因而给出的数据也常常是不合理的。本文试图从满足导叶材料的最高允许工作温度及对动叶材料强度最充分利用这一观点出发提出了燃烧室最佳出口温度分布的计算方法。它包括目前最广泛使用的总温分布系数及径向温度分布。
Practice shows that: the turbine blade life depends largely on the quality of the outlet temperature distribution of the combustion chamber. In the long term, the outlet temperature distribution in the combustion chamber is hard to be determined in the traditional design. However, in order to debug the combustion chamber, it has to rely on experience or reference to the same type of engine at home and abroad. This approach is clearly lacking and the data presented are often unreasonable. This paper attempts to calculate the optimal outlet temperature distribution of the combustion chamber from the viewpoint of satisfying the maximum allowable working temperature of the guide vane material and making the fullest use of the material strength of the movable blade. It includes the most widely used total temperature distribution coefficient and radial temperature distribution.
