用已知癌基因片段作为探针,检测经鼻咽癌CNE-2DNA二轮转染的NIH3T3转化细胞株,结果证实在转化细胞株中存在着与C-Ha-ras基因的同源基因,但该基因在带型和杂交强度上与CNE-2细胞DNA Ha-ras基因相比,没有大的改变。
