针对EX油田EY油层低渗透油藏开发过程中普遍存在的问题,油井投产前采取超前注水试验,水井投注3个月之后,油井陆续投产。试验通过超前注水可以提高压力梯度,降低非线性渗流系数,而非线性渗流系数越小,越接近达西渗流,原油越容易被采出。研究结果表明:超前注水是有效开发低渗透油藏的一个重要手段,有利于建立有效的驱替压力系统,可提高单井产量和最终采收率。超前注水量的定量研究可确保地层维持合理的地层压力,为合理开发低渗透油藏提供保障;合理的注水参数将直接决定特低渗透油藏的开发效果。
In view of the ubiquitous problems in the development of low permeability reservoirs in the EY reservoir of EX Oilfield, the oil well was put into operation one after another three months prior to putting into operation the advanced water injection test. The test can increase the pressure gradient and reduce the nonlinear seepage coefficient through the advanced water injection. The smaller the nonlinear seepage coefficient is, the closer it is to the Darcy seepage. The crude oil can be more easily taken out. The results show that advance injection is an effective means to develop low permeability reservoirs, which is beneficial to establishing effective displacement pressure system and improving single well production and ultimate recovery. The quantitative study of the advance water injection can ensure that the strata maintain a reasonable formation pressure and provide a guarantee for the rational development of low permeability reservoirs. The reasonable water injection parameters will directly determine the development effect of the ultra low permeability reservoirs.
