介绍了对TGV-A拖车车轮外形的声学优化模拟,以及由此设计出的三种车轮外形。三种车轮在300km/h线路上现车试验证明,就载重状态下的TGV-A拖车而言,其噪声总水平可降低2dB(A),车轮辐射声能可减少5dB(A)。模拟与线路现车测试的比较肯定了研究模型在车轮声学优化设计方面的有效性。
The acoustical optimization of the wheel profile of the TGV-A trailer is introduced, along with the design of the three wheel profiles. The tests on the 300km / h line of the three wheels show that the total noise level of the TGV-A under load can be reduced by 2dB (A) and the radiated sound energy of the wheel can be reduced by 5dB (A). The comparison between simulation and on-line testing of the car confirms the validity of the research model in wheel-acoustic optimization design.
