对念珠菌属显色培养基在念珠菌性阴道炎检测中应用的评价。利用念珠菌属显色培养基根据不同种类念珠菌呈现不同颜色，直接判定结果，并与生化试验对 72h内鉴定效率进行比较。该培养基对 24h、 48h、 72h鉴定效率为 88％， 93％， 100％，均高于生化试验 (39％， 81％， 93％ )。故认为念珠菌属显色培养基在念珠菌性阴道炎检测中的应用优于传统检测法，对指导临床诊断和选择用药具有重要意义。
Evaluation of the application of Candida chromogenic medium in Candida vaginitis. Candida species culture medium showed different color according to different kinds of Candida species, directly determine the results, and biochemical tests within 72h identification efficiency comparison. The efficiency of this medium was 88%, 93% and 100% at 24h, 48h and 72h respectively, which were higher than that of biochemical test (39%, 81%, 93%). Therefore, it is considered that the application of Candida chromogenic medium in candida vaginitis detection is superior to the traditional detection method, which is of great significance for guiding clinical diagnosis and selecting medication.
