采用ABC免疫组化方法,检测38例人肝细胞癌中表皮生长因子受体的分布。发现表皮生长因子受体(EGTF-R)在正常肝组织仅少数病例阳性,而在肝细胞癌和癌旁再生结节肝组织中的阳性率分别为47.36%和42.10%。没有显著性差异,阳性产物主要定位于肿瘤细胞和再生结节中肝细胞膜上,免组结果支持在人肝细胞癌的增殖过程中,EGTF-R白分泌和旁分泌机制学说。进而可以假设EGTF-R在细胞中的过度表达,表明EGTF-R在人类肝细胞癌的发展进程中以自主分泌和/或旁分泌的方式产生一定作用。
ABC immunohistochemistry was used to detect the distribution of epidermal growth factor receptor in 38 cases of human hepatocellular carcinoma. The epidermal growth factor receptor (EGTF-R) was found to be positive in only a few cases of normal liver tissue, whereas the positive rates in hepatocellular carcinoma and paraneoplastic nodules were 47.36% and 42.10%, respectively. There was no significant difference. The positive products were mainly located in the hepatocyte membranes in the tumor cells and regenerating nodules. The exempt group results supported the theory of EGTF-R white secretion and paracrine mechanism during the proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma. Furthermore, it can be assumed that EGTF-R is overexpressed in cells, indicating that EGTF-R exerts a role in autonomous secretion and/or paracrine manner in the development of human hepatocellular carcinoma.
