随着互联网技术的快速发展,网络不可避免地成为社会主义核心价值观构建的重要场域。网络舆论场中,身份辨识的弱化让普通网民成为独立发声的舆论主体,网络参与积极性空前提高;但与此同时,各种社会思潮泛滥网络,引发社会价值观混乱,舆论主体的多元化与隐匿性为网络文化乱象的产生埋下隐患,并对社会主义核心价值观的网络话语权构建造成一定程度的挑战。为此,必须加强制度规范,发挥传统媒体与新媒体的网络影响力,创新多元舆论的协调与引导机制,构建以社会主义核心价值观为主导的网络话语体系。
With the rapid development of Internet technology, the Internet will inevitably become an important field for the construction of the socialist core values. In the field of public opinion, the weakening of identity makes ordinary netizens become the main body of media with independent voice, and the enthusiasm for network participation is unprecedentedly increased. However, at the same time, the proliferation of various social ideological trends leads to the chaos of social values and the diversification and occultness of media. Laying a hidden danger for the emergence of network cultural chaos and creating a certain degree of challenge to the construction of the online discourse right of the socialist core values. To this end, we must strengthen institutional norms, give full play to the influence of the traditional media and the new media network, innovate the coordination and guidance mechanism of pluralistic media, and construct a network discourse system dominated by the socialist core values.
