目的分析胺碘酮治疗冠心病快速心律失常的临床疗效与应用价值。方法选取我院2009年3月至2017年4月期间收治的576例冠心病快速心律失常患者,分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用基础临床治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用胺碘酮治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05),观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对患者冠心病快速心律失常患者进行基础临床治疗时,加用胺碘酮能有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗有效率,且不良反应发生率较低。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and application value of amiodarone in treatment of tachyarrhythmia of coronary heart disease. Methods Totally 576 patients with coronary heart disease with tachyarrhythmia admitted from March 2009 to April 2017 in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group. The control group with basic clinical treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the use of amiodarone treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the basic clinical treatment of patients with coronary heart disease with tachyarrhythmia, adding amiodarone can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the treatment efficiency, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
