一、规划背景焦作是我国首批资源枯竭型城市之一,长期以“先生产后生活”思路建设。在国家开展资源型城市转型试点以来,焦作进行了积极探索,成效显著,但仍面临深入转型的压力。进入新世纪,城市成为经济发展的重要空间,提升城市环境品质、彰显城市景观风貌特色将成为焦作深入转型和可持续发展的重要举措。 First, the planning background Jiaozuo is one of China’s first resource-exhausted cities, long-term “post-natal life ” train of thought. Jiaozuo has actively explored the pilot projects for the transformation of resource-based cities in China with remarkable results but is still facing the pressure of further restructuring. In the new century, the city has become an important space for economic development. Improving urban environmental quality and highlighting urban landscape features will become important measures for the further transformation and sustainable development of Jiaozuo.
