[目的]探讨胃癌组织中p53,p16和P-gp蛋白的表达及其与病理学行为的相关性.[方法]利用免疫组织化学方法检测121例胃癌和39例正常胃组织中p53,p16和P-gp蛋白的表达水平.[结果]121例胃癌组织中p53,p16和P-gp蛋白的阳性表达率分别为74.4%,19.8%和47.9%,在39例正常胃组织中分别为0%,76.9%和15.4%;与正常组织比较,胃癌组织中p53,p16和P-gp蛋白阳性表达率差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001).胃癌病理学行为相关性研究结果显示,胃癌组织中p53,p16和P-gp蛋白的阳性表达率与性别、年龄及肿瘤大小无相关性(P>0.05),而与胃癌病理学分级、浸润程度、淋巴结转移及远处转移具有显著相关性(P<0.05).[结论]p53,p16和P-gp蛋白在胃癌发生、发展过程中起重要作用;p53,p16和P-gp蛋白可作为胃癌诊断及预后判定的指标.
[Objective] To investigate the expression of p53, p16 and P-gp protein in gastric cancer and its correlation with pathological behavior. [Methods] The expressions of p53, p16 and p53 in 121 gastric cancer tissues and 39 normal gastric tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry P-gp protein expression was detected by immunohistochemistry. [Results] The positive rates of p53, p16 and P-gp in gastric cancer tissues were 74.4%, 19.8% and 47.9% respectively, and in 39 normal gastric tissues, 0% , 76.9% and 15.4%, respectively.Compared with normal tissues, the positive rates of p53, p16 and P-gp in gastric cancer tissues were significantly different (P <0.001) .Statistical analysis of gastric cancer showed that gastric cancer tissues The positive rates of p53, p16 and P-gp were not correlated with gender, age and tumor size (P> 0.05), but significantly correlated with pathological grade, infiltration, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis P <0.05). [Conclusion] The expressions of p53, p16 and P-gp proteins play an important role in the development and progression of gastric cancer. The expressions of p53, p16 and P-gp proteins may serve as indicators for the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer.
