[目的]为大面积推广应用唑啉.炔草酸(大能)提供理论依据。[方法]通过小区试验和大区验证系统地研究了大能的应用技术。[结果]在禾本科杂草2~4叶期施用大能30.0 ml(a.i.)/hm2的总防效为71.3%~92.5%;施大能45.0 ml(a.i.)/hm2的防效明显高于麦极和骠马。在禾本科杂草5~9叶期施大能60.0 ml(a.i.)/hm2,90 d后的株防效和鲜重防效为88.5%~93.5%,明显优于麦极和骠马。大能和异丙隆、麦喜等除草剂混用能显著提高大能的防效。用3种不同喷雾器喷施相同药液量的大能对低叶龄禾本科杂草的防效良好且无显著差异。在3月上旬施用大能60.0、75.0和90.0 ml(a.i.)/hm2,药后30和60 d的防效为86.3%~100.0%,且对小麦安全。[结论]大能在禾本科杂草2~4叶期的最佳使用剂量为45.0 ml(a.i.)/hm2,春后3月上旬前的最佳使用剂量为60.0 ml(a.i.)/hm2。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the large-scale popularization and application of oxazoline, acetylene oxalate (big energy). [Method] The application of big power technology was studied systematically by plot test and regional verification. [Result] The total control effect of applying 30.0 ml (ai) / hm2 of big energy to grass weeds was 71.3% ~ 92.5% at 2 ~ 4 leaf stage. [Conclusion] The optimum dosage of Magnaporthe grisea was 45.0 ml (a.i.) / hm2 in the second to the fourth leaves of grass weeds and the optimum dosage was 60.0 ml (a.i./hm2) before spring before March.
