高校图书馆引入读者参与体现以人为本和民主管理,更是图书馆可持续发展的需要。当前有些高校图书馆出现比如文化氛围匮乏、服务意识淡薄等问题导致读者权利缺失,因此需要构建读者参与的高校图书馆管理模式。读者参与的高校图书馆管理模式应该强化读者参与观念、创设有利于读者的文化氛围;并在此基础上确立以人为本的理念和加强民主管理,提高图书馆服务意识和管理水平。
The introduction of readers into university libraries embodies people-oriented and democratic management, and it is the need of library’s sustainable development. At present, some university libraries such as the lack of cultural atmosphere and weak service consciousness lead to the lack of readers’ rights. Therefore, it is necessary to construct the university library management mode in which the readers participate. Readers ’participation in university library management should reinforce the concept of readers’ participation and create a cultural atmosphere conducive to readers. On this basis, we should establish a people-oriented concept and strengthen democratic management so as to raise library service awareness and management level.
