玉米是吉林省主要农作物,在杂种优势利用中,每年都需生产大量的自交系和杂交种种子。在玉米种子生产过程中,确定既能保证种子质量又可获得较高产量的适宜收获期,具有较大的实际意义。本试验的目的是研究不同收获期对玉米种子质量的影响,为确定玉米种子的适宜收获期提供依据。材料和方法试验于1987、1988年在吉林农大教学实验场进行。供试材料为吉823自交系和四单8杂交种,于1987年的4月30日和1988年的5月2日人工播种。田间管理按正常管理措施进行。授粉后25~60天在同一地块随机取样,每隔5天收一批,每批收10个果穗,共收8批。收后立即扒皮,从每个果穗上随机取一行,混合后烘干,测定种子含水量,然后
