据相关平台统计,物流人才已经继同声传译员、会计师成为我国十二种紧缺型人才之一。随着社会经济模式的不断变革,物流产业作为国民经济的资源复合型产业,已经成为我国经济增长的重要竞争力。但是,目前我国的物流教育总体水平较欧美、日本发达国家还相对落后,造成物流相关人才与物流企业的实际需求不能完全匹配,掌握物流企业发展所需物流知识技能的人才相对匮乏。本文将针对企业需求的物流教学实践进行一定的探讨和研究。
According to the statistics of relevant platforms, logistic talents have been following simultaneous interpreters and accountants as one of the 12 kinds of scarce talents in our country. With the ever-changing social and economic patterns, the logistics industry, as a complex industry of resources for the national economy, has become an important competitive edge for China’s economic growth. However, at present, the overall level of logistics education in China is relatively backward compared with that in Europe and the United States and Japan. The actual demand of logistics-related personnel and logistics enterprises can not be completely matched. Therefore, there is a relative lack of personnel to master logistics knowledge and skills needed for the development of logistics enterprises. This article will be for business needs of the logistics teaching practice to conduct a certain discussion and research.
