经济学家厉以宁说,“入世”后我国在金融业、加工业、农业等领域面临的竞争,归根到底可以看作是人力资源使用效率的竞争。人力资源开发要发挥超常规的效率,就必定要以道德为依托。大到整个民族的凝聚力,小到调动人们工作的积极性,道德都可以产生超常规的效率。
