2012年7月20~23日,受较强冷空气和西南涡的共同影响,长江上游出现了一次强降雨过程。利用长江上游干流洪水来源组成和水位变化过程,结合三峡水库调蓄方式,以干流控制站寸滩站为代表,详细分析了寸滩站历年及本次洪水过程最大水位流量关系变化。较为全面的认识了“12·07”洪水在三峡水库调蓄作用下的变化特征,研究成果可为长江上游的防洪水文测报工作提供参考。
From July 20 to July 23, 2012, due to the combination of strong cold air and southwest vortex, a strong rainfall course occurred in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. Based on the flood source composition and water level change in the mainstream of the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the storage and transportation methods of the Three Gorges Reservoir, and represented by the mainstream control station Cuntan Station, the changes of the relationship between the maximum water level and the discharge of the Cuntan Station over the years are analyzed in detail. A more comprehensive understanding of the “12 · 07” floods in the Three Gorges Reservoir under the action of the reservoir characteristics of the changes, the research results for the upper reaches of the Yangtze River flood control hydrological data provide a reference.
